What do I want to do in 2012?

I have one week left in 2011 and as I look back I have accomplished many things but never have kept track of them.  With that in mind, I started this blog as a running diary of my sewing /craft projects.  I have been a silent follower of several blogs and decided this year to be a full participant.  So here goes... my first blog post!  Here is the list of projects that I want to finish to participate in Patchwork Times UFO 2012 challenge.  Wish me luck!

Projects to complete for 2012
1.       I spy all things yummy- a small quilt that I have cut out and have never put together

2.      Cinco de Mayo- I started this quilt top many years ago in a class and only have 3 blocks done, at the time paper piecing was difficult but after making a Mariners Compass quilt I think I can tackle it again

3.      Table talk table runner- fabric cut but not started

4.      Cardinal wall hanging- started paper piecing but not finished

5.      Garden Medley Wall Hanging- hand appliqué…. Yikes

6.      Poetry Table Runner

7.      Ladybugs 3 Wall Hanging- again started but not finished

8.      Angel Wall hanging- needs to be beaded and quilted

9.      Pave the Way Quilt- fabric together but not started

10.  More Cinco de Mayo

11.  Orca Bay- the Bonnie Hunter Mystery quilt

12.  Happy Holidays quilt- had the kit for 10 years…. Time to start

  1. Hi Julie,
Have you been working on your Garden Medley quilt? Anxious to see your appliqued wall hanging. I too, created my first Blog, so I could join the UFO Challenge. I'm encouraged that so many others have joined the challenge.
I'll be thinking of you as I work on my #5 project.
